Using Name Manager to expand your Name Range.
Use Name Manager to expand your Name Range. See the steps below:
1. Open Name Manger by clicking on Formulas->Name Manager (or by using the shortcut CTL + F3).
2. Select the Name Range that you would like to edit.
3. Then you can delete the information in the text box “Refers to:” and update that cell reference by selecting the appropriate cells.

Name Ranges use the Name Box to name a cell or a group of cells. This can help organize and index important parts of your spreadsheet.
